It's Okay

So they NFL has decided it's mostly not okay to kill people, but it's perfectly okay to kill dogs.

Michael Vick gets to play in the NFL again, signing today with the Eagles. He has been forgiven to raising dogs to have them killed in battles for betting purposes. And Dante Stallworth gets kicked out for the season for DUI-manslaughter charges. Presumably he'll be allowed to play again, at which point the NFL will have sent another clear message: it's okay to kill people too.

This because the NFL forgives everything. Let's forget the fact that these people are part of a group looked up to be many young people, as well as a lot of other people. Let's forget the fact that the NFL is based on a reputation business of entertainment. Then again I've forgotten that the Roman Coliseum battles were probably more popular than anything we've seen today, including nude pictures of Paris Hilton. The NFL has become a place for the country's losers to make millions running a ball up and down the field.

Shouldn't there be a limit to who gets in? Shouldn't there be a line drawn? What next, a team made up of pedophiles?
